Party Bus Rentals in Orange: Search & Save
Santaanapartybuscompany.com is not a bus company. It doesn't own a single vehicle and it doesn't operate any transportation itself. What it is, instead, is something genuinely useful: a quote-comparison website that connects you to a network of transportation companies serving Orange, California and the surrounding region — so you can see different buses, different price points, and different package options all in one place, without calling a dozen companies and waiting on callbacks that never quite line up.
Fill out the quick online form with your date, your headcount, and your pickup and drop-off, and you'll have pricing options in under 30 seconds. No account. No obligation.
A support team is also available by phone at 657-680-3680 any time you'd rather talk through your options. Whether you need a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a bachelorette weekend or a 56-passenger charter bus for a company event — you compare the options, you pick what fits, and you go from there. It really is that simple.

Available Onboard Bus Amenities in Orange
Different trips call for different setups. A 15- to 50-passenger party bus typically comes loaded with a full-length bar, LED lighting, a Bluetooth sound system, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — everything you need for a celebration on the move from Old Towne Orange to Anaheim and back. A minibus is the smarter call for corporate shuttles between office parks along the 55 Freeway or guest transfers on wedding day, with reclining seats, powerful climate control, and enough legroom that the ride feels like part of the event.
A full-size charter bus adds undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms — critical for long hauls or multi-stop conference days at the Anaheim Convention Center. Amenities vary by vehicle, so compare the options and find exactly what your group needs.

Match Your Group to the Right Orange Party Bus
The traditional way to book a party bus in Orange goes like this: search for companies, call the ones that pick up, describe your trip from scratch each time, wait for someone to call back with a quote, realize two of the quotes don't cover the same itinerary, and start over. That whole process takes days and still doesn't guarantee you're seeing the best options available.
Santaanapartybuscompany.com replaces all of that with one form. You enter your trip once. Pricing and vehicle options from companies serving Orange and the surrounding area come back to you in seconds — not hours.
You compare party buses, charter buses, Sprinter vans, and minibuses side by side, with photos and package details, so you can actually make an informed decision. No account required. No pressure.
A support team is available at 657-680-3680 every day to walk through anything you need — vehicle fit, itinerary questions, timing, group size. Whatever you're planning in Orange, the bus that fits your trip is already in the network. Finding it just got a lot faster.
Orange Party Bus Services
From airport transfers and game-day shuttles to wedding transportation, concert rides, corporate shuttles, and bachelorette nights — whatever brings your group together in Orange, a bus in the network is ready for it. Call 657-680-3680 to compare options and find your fit today.

Orange Airport Shuttles & Transportation
John Wayne Airport (SNA) (18601 Airport Way, Santa Ana, CA 92707) sits less than 10 miles from central Orange — a fast ride on a quiet day, and a genuinely frustrating one when the 55 or the 405 backs up, which happens often during morning and evening drive times. For groups flying in from multiple terminals or juggling luggage and ground transport across multiple cars, a single shuttle bus eliminates the coordination problem entirely. Read more about how bus pickups at SNA work before your group lands.
For the drop-off and pickup sequence, gather your full group and all bags first — then confirm the bus is en route. SNA's commercial pickup zones are curbside on the Arrival level, and coordinating timing there goes smoother when the whole group is already together. For groups heading to LAX instead, the 405 North can add significant time during peak hours; build that buffer into your pickup window.

Orange Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Old Towne Orange's plaza district — anchored by the historic traffic circle at Chapman Avenue and Glassell Street — is one of the most walkable nightlife strips in the county, and a great launching point for a bachelorette itinerary. The bars and cocktail lounges around the plaza stay busy on Friday and Saturday nights, and from there it's a quick ride on the 55 to Anaheim's entertainment corridor or straight down the 5 toward Long Beach. A 15- to 25-passenger party bus for the bachelorette night keeps the whole group together from the first stop to the last — no splitting into Ubers, no one waiting outside a venue at midnight trying to hail a ride.
The party bus comes with LED lighting, a Bluetooth sound system, and perimeter seating so the celebration runs wall-to-wall from pickup to drop-off. Weekend rates for a 25-passenger party bus run roughly $275–$375/hour — split across a group of 20, that math gets very reasonable very fast. Call 657-680-3680 to check availability on your date.

Orange Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Orange has a strong tradition of milestone celebrations, and a party bus arrival turns a birthday or quinceañera into something the whole group talks about. A birthday party bus in Orange can be sized anywhere from a 15-passenger starter up to a full 50-passenger double-decker style, depending on your headcount and how much room you want on board. For a Sweet 16 or quinceañera, many groups run the bus between the ceremony venue, the reception hall, and a final stop — keeping the whole group together and on schedule without anyone needing to navigate their own car.
Popular reception halls in the Orange area include venues along Katella, in Anaheim, and through the broader 714. Party buses in this size range come with LED lighting, flat-panel TVs, and sound systems that set the tone before you even arrive at the venue. Weekday per-day rates start around $1,400 for a 15-passenger bus.

Orange Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Honda Center (2695 E Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806) is the primary arena for touring acts in the region, drawing 18,000+ fans to its floor and lower bowl on sold-out nights. Katella Avenue clogs badly in both directions after a show, and the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center next door does pull rideshare demand — but surge pricing at 11pm on a concert night is a real and predictable problem. A concert bus rental from Orange means your group loads up together and goes straight home without waiting in a rideshare queue.
Read the full breakdown on getting a bus to Honda Center. The Hollywood Bowl, the Forum in Inglewood, and Crypto.com Arena are all reachable from Orange via the 5 or 57 — realistic for groups that want the full night out without anyone driving the 45-minute return on the 5 Freeway. Compare vehicles and get pricing in seconds online or by calling 657-680-3680.

Orange Corporate Event Transportation
The Anaheim Convention Center (800 W Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92802) — the largest convention facility on the West Coast — is 6 miles from downtown Orange, and getting a team of 30 or 40 people there during a busy expo week without a dedicated shuttle means a lot of cars, a lot of parking, and a lot of people trickling in at different times. A corporate charter bus from Orange solves the arrival problem cleanly: one vehicle, one pickup point, one drop-off at the loading zones on Katella. Learn more in the guide to busing groups to the Convention Center.
For employee shuttles between Orange County office parks along the 55 corridor or inter-campus transfers at UCI, a 15- to 35-passenger minibus is usually the right size — enough room, easy to stage, better maneuverability on surface streets than a full charter bus. Call 657-680-3680 to discuss multi-day shuttle contracts or one-time event transportation.

Orange Private Event Transportation Services
Private group events in Orange — family reunions, church retreats, milestone birthday weekends, multi-stop OC itineraries — work best with a single vehicle on a custom schedule. A private charter bus or party bus in Orange means you set the pickup time, you set the route, and every stop is exactly where your group needs to be. During the OC Fair (typically mid-July through mid-August at the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa, just 12 miles from Orange), parking on the grounds fills early and the surface streets around Harbor Boulevard and Fair Drive back up significantly on weekend evenings.
A charter bus drops your group at the main entrance and stages nearby — no circling, no parking costs, no splitting the group across two lots. Read the full guide to busing a group to the OC Fair. For multi-stop weekend itineraries across Orange County, a charter bus with onboard restrooms is worth it — fewer pit stops, more miles, and everyone stays together.
Call 657-680-3680 to build a custom package.

Orange Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Orange Unified School District covers Chapman Hills, El Modena, Orange, and Villa Park high schools — and every one of them runs a prom in the April–May window, which is also the single busiest period for party bus demand across the county. Availability for that window goes fast. For prom: book by January or expect premium pricing or limited choices by spring.
The earlier you lock in a vehicle and a pickup plan, the better your rate and your options. A 15- to 25-passenger party bus is the typical fit for a friend group heading to a prom venue or a post-prom dinner in Irvine or Anaheim — enough room for the group, the right amenities, and a clear drop-off and pickup plan that keeps parents confident everyone knows the plan. Homecoming season (October) is the second surge.
Prom and homecoming bus rentals fill quickly both times. Call 657-680-3680 now to lock in your date before the window closes.

Orange School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trip logistics in Orange Unified are real work — coordinating pickup times across multiple campuses, navigating venues that have specific bus staging requirements, and keeping a schedule that actually holds together when you're moving 40 students at once. A school event charter bus from Orange handles the movement side cleanly, with overhead storage for gear and bags, climate control for the full ride, and enough seats that no one gets split off onto a separate vehicle. Popular field trip destinations from Orange include the Discovery Cube OC (2500 N Main St, Santa Ana) just 5 miles away, the Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles, and Angel Stadium for student group days.
For stadium trips, read the bus guide to Angel Stadium — bus staging and group entry procedures are specific and worth knowing before your trip day. ADA-accessible vehicles are available in the network; mention it when you request your quote. Call 657-680-3680 to get the right size for your group.

Orange Sporting Event Transportation
Angel Stadium (2000 E Gene Autry Way, Anaheim, CA 92806) is 5 miles from central Orange via the 57 South, and game nights — especially weekend series against the Dodgers or Yankees — mean that the 57/91 interchange and Gene Autry Way back up hard after the seventh inning. The stadium's preferred lot system is cashless and pre-purchase only for most sections, and walking from the outer lots to the main gate can add 20 minutes each way. A charter bus to Angel Stadium from Orange drops your group at the designated bus and commercial vehicle area and has the full breakdown in the Angel Stadium bus guide.
Honda Center, directly adjacent on Katella, hosts the Anaheim Ducks on the same corridor — and on nights when both venues have events, the traffic situation on Katella and State College Boulevard is significantly worse. One bus, one pickup point, and the postgame ride home is already handled. Call 657-680-3680 to compare options for your game day.

Orange Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Orange has a long list of wedding venues that create real guest-transport challenges — from the historic Ebell Club of Orange (at 210 N Shaffer St) in the heart of Old Towne to estate properties along Santiago Canyon Road where parking is deliberately limited to manage the guest experience. When your ceremony and reception are at different locations, a guest shuttle removes the one logistical headache that can genuinely derail the timeline: late arrivals who couldn't find parking or got turned around on Villa Park surface streets. A wedding shuttle bus from Orange runs a loop between your hotel block and the venue on a schedule you set, so guests step off the bus and walk in — no delays, no separate cars.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo works beautifully for the bridal party itself, with premium leather and privacy glass for the ride between getting ready and the ceremony. For larger guest counts, a minibus or charter bus handles the block-to-venue shuttle. Call 657-680-3680 to build the right combination for your wedding day.

Orange Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Temecula Wine Country is roughly 65 miles southeast of Orange via the 91 East and I-15 South — about an hour and fifteen minutes on a clear Saturday morning, and the single most popular winery day-trip destination in Southern California for OC groups. The wineries along Rancho California Road include well-known stops like Thornton Winery, Wilson Creek, and South Coast Winery, and none of them require advance bus coordination beyond a reservation at the tasting room. A winery tour bus from Orange is the obvious call here: the drive down the 15 through Murrieta on a Friday afternoon is not something you want to split across four cars, and no one in the group has to think about the drive back after a full afternoon of tastings.
For a pub crawl closer to home, Old Towne Orange's bar and cocktail scene is walkable once you're dropped at the plaza, and a 15- or 20-passenger party bus keeps the group together between stops without anyone tracking a rideshare ETA. Weekend party bus rates start around $250–$350/hour for a 15-passenger vehicle. Call 657-680-3680 to get pricing for your date.

How much does a party bus cost in Orange?
Party bus rental prices in Orange run roughly $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$500 per hour on weekends, depending on vehicle size. A 15-passenger party bus typically falls in the lower end of that range; a 50-passenger bus on a Saturday night reaches the top. Per-day rates range from about $1,400 for a smaller party bus up to $4,050 for the largest options.
Those are planning ranges — your actual rate depends on the date, how many hours you need, and which vehicle you choose. Fill out the form or call 657-680-3680 and you can have pricing for your specific trip in about a minute.
What is the difference between a party bus and a charter bus?
A party bus is built for celebration — wraparound perimeter seating, LED lighting, a sound system, a bar area, and flat-panel TVs. The focus is on the ride itself as part of the experience. A charter bus (40–56 passengers) is configured more like a coach: forward-facing reclining seats, overhead storage, undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, WiFi, and power outlets.
Charter buses are the better fit for longer hauls, conference groups, school trips, and situations where the group needs to arrive rested and with luggage intact. Both are available through the network — compare them side by side on the vehicle page.
How many people fit on a party bus?
Party buses in the network range from 15 passengers up to 50 passengers. A 15-passenger party bus is right for a tight friend group or a small bachelorette group. A 25-passenger bus handles most mid-size celebrations comfortably.
For larger groups, 40- and 50-passenger party buses keep everyone together in one vehicle instead of splitting across two. If your group exceeds 56, the network can also accommodate fleet requests — mention it when you call 657-680-3680.
Do I need to visit multiple venues, or can the bus make multiple stops?
Yes — multi-stop itineraries are completely standard. Most group trips in Orange involve at least two or three stops: a pickup point, the main venue, and a return drop-off, sometimes with a dinner or a bar stop in between. When you fill out the quote form, include all the stops you're planning and the approximate time at each one.
That information helps the companies in the network give you accurate pricing for your full itinerary rather than a lowball estimate that doesn't account for your actual route.
Is there parking for a charter bus at Disneyland?
Yes, but it requires advance coordination. Disneyland Resort (1313 S Harbor Blvd, Anaheim, CA 92802) directs charter buses and oversized vehicles to the Toy Story Parking Area off Katella Avenue rather than the main guest parking structure. Drop-off for arriving groups typically happens at the designated commercial vehicle zone near the main entrance.
The resort strongly recommends coordinating bus drop-off and pickup logistics in advance with Guest Services. Read the full breakdown in the Disneyland bus rental guide before your visit — it covers staging, timing, and what first-time group organizers consistently get wrong.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Orange group trips outside peak periods, two to four weeks of lead time is workable. For anything during prom season (April–May), the OC Fair window (mid-July through mid-August), Disneyland holiday weekends, or a Halos playoff run — book two to four months out at minimum. Those windows fill quickly across the county, and waiting usually means a smaller selection and higher rates.
The safest move is always to lock in your date as soon as your headcount is confirmed. Call 657-680-3680 to check what's available on your date right now.
Popular Orange Party Bus Destinations
Orange puts your group within easy reach of some of the most visited venues in Southern California — Angel Stadium, Honda Center, Disneyland, the Segerstrom Center, and the historic shops and restaurants of Old Towne Orange are all within a 15-mile radius. Here's what you need to know about getting a bus to each one.

Angel Stadium
Angel Stadium (2000 E Gene Autry Way, Anaheim, CA 92806) seats just over 45,000 and hosts around 81 home games per season from April through September, plus occasional playoff dates. The stadium is 5 miles from central Orange via the 57 South. Bus and commercial vehicle drop-off follows Gene Autry Way to the designated zones on the stadium's east side — the full approach and staging detail is in the Angel Stadium bus guide.
Rideshare pickup on sold-out nights stacks up badly along State College Boulevard and the Katella/Gene Autry intersection, which is a predictable postgame bottleneck. A charter bus staged nearby means your group is moving while everyone else is still waiting. Parking in the main lots runs $15–$25 per vehicle depending on the lot and game tier — one bus versus ten cars does significant math in your favor.
Phone: (714) 940-2000

Honda Center
Honda Center (2695 E Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806) is directly adjacent to Angel Stadium, which means on nights when both venues host events, the entire Katella Avenue corridor from State College to the 57 becomes a genuine parking and traffic problem. Honda Center seats 17,174 for hockey and up to 18,336 for concerts. Bus drop-off and commercial vehicle access follows Katella Avenue to the east side of the arena — the Honda Center bus guide covers the specific approach and staging zones.
The ARTIC transit hub next door does serve Metrolink and OCTA routes, but for a group of 20+ coming from Orange, a direct party bus is faster and keeps everyone together. Lot parking runs $20–$35 per car on most event nights. Phone: (714) 704-2400

Disneyland Resort
Disneyland Resort (1313 S Harbor Blvd, Anaheim, CA 92802) is 6 miles from Orange via the 22 West or the surface streets through Garden Grove. The resort's main parking structure — Mickey & Friends — runs $35–$50 per day depending on the vehicle type and season, and oversized vehicles are directed to the Toy Story Lot off Katella instead. Getting a group of 30 there in a single charter bus versus a caravan of six cars means one parking cost, one drop-off point, and no one separated at the entry plaza trying to find each other.
The Disneyland group bus guide has everything you need to know about staging and arrival logistics. Holiday and summer weekend demand for buses to Disneyland is high — book well ahead of any June through August date. Phone: (714) 781-4636

Segerstrom Center for the Arts
Segerstrom Center for the Arts (600 Town Center Dr, Costa Mesa, CA 92626) is 9 miles from Orange via the 55 South — typically a 15- to 20-minute ride on a non-peak evening, longer on Friday nights when the 55 through Tustin backs up toward the 405 interchange. The Center hosts the Pacific Symphony, Broadway touring productions, and major concert acts across its Segerstrom Hall and Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall stages. Parking in the Center's own structures runs about $12–$15 per vehicle, and the structures fill on opening nights of popular Broadway runs.
Read the full breakdown at the Segerstrom bus rental guide before your group date night. A minibus dropping your group at the valet circle on Town Center Drive is a cleaner arrival than coordinating parking across three different cars. Phone: (714) 556-2787

Old Towne Orange Historic District
Old Towne Orange (centered on Chapman Ave and Glassell St, Orange, CA 92866) is a National Register of Historic Places district and one of the largest concentrations of antique shops, restaurants, and bars in California. The circular plaza at the center is walkable, which makes it a natural anchor for pub crawls, bachelorette itineraries, and group dinners. Street parking around the plaza on weekend nights is first-come and fills by 7pm, and the surrounding residential streets are permit-only after 6pm in several blocks.
A party bus drops your group at the plaza, stages on Chapman or Glassell while you work through the stops, and picks everyone up at the end of the night without anyone having to retrieve a car. The whole district is accessible by a 15-passenger party bus — compact enough to navigate Old Towne's surface streets, with enough room for a group of 12 to 15 to move together comfortably all night.

Irvine Spectrum Center
Irvine Spectrum Center (670 Spectrum Center Dr, Irvine, CA 92618) is 15 miles southeast of Orange via the 241 Toll Road or the 5 South to the 405 — about 20 minutes on a clear day, and significantly longer on a Friday evening when the 5/405 interchange backs up through Lake Forest. The open-air mall hosts a Giant Wheel, a 21-screen AMC, outdoor event programming, and a restaurant row that runs into the evening. It's a popular destination for group outings, birthday dinners, and corporate team events.
Surface and structure parking at the Spectrum is free, but finding the right structure for your group's restaurant can be confusing on a busy Saturday. A minibus drops your group at the closest entrance to your reservation — no hunting for parking on a property that spans multiple blocks — and picks everyone up in the same spot when you're ready to head back to Orange. Phone: (949) 789-9180
